Everything you need to know before your Ollieland adventure.
How long is a play session?
Play sessions are available as 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours or Unlimited play. Every ticket includes a complimentary 30-minute grace period. After that, you'll pay the difference to the next applicable play pass rate when you exit.
Do adults need to pay?
Each child may bring one accompanying adult free of charge. Additional adults are R50 per person.
Do children and parents need grip socks?
Yes. Ollieland grip socks are required for entry for both adults and children, to help us maintain consistent hygiene and safety standards.
Can we bring our Ollieland Grip Socks back for another visit?
Absolutely. Please keep them and bring them with you on your next Ollieland adventure.
Do parents need to supervise their children?
Yes. Children must remain under the supervision of their parent or responsible guardian throughout their visit.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian before a child enters the play areas. You can complete the waiver online before arriving.
Can I host a birthday party at Ollieland?
Yes! Ollieland offers birthday and celebration options. Please visit our Parties page or contact our team for more information.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted at Ollieland. Our café offers a selection of food, snacks and drinks - exceptions may be made for baby food or specific dietary/medical needs.
What should my child wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for active play. Ollieland grip socks are required for entry for both adults and children.
